AFS Foundation & Waterproofing Specialists did a wonderful job on are crawlspace. The Foreman Adam Chapman was very friendly and his crew was also very good they explained everything to us what they were doing before they did it explain how the dehumidifier works and they cleaned up everything before they left I would recommend this company to anybody that needs a crawl spaces capsulated. The real measure of a company is not how they behave when all is well, but how they treat their customers when everything goes pear-shaped; and that's exactly what happened in our case. Sometimes you get a bad crew, a small group of ne'er do wells who simply don't perform. It happens. It happened to us. However once upper management found out what was going on they didn't hesitate to swoop in and make everything right, and that at a substantial cost to themselves. Concrete work is bloody expensive no matter the size of the job and, although we're just one small residential account, we were taken seriously and all repairs were done professionally and at our convenience. I can't praise these people enough for how they chose to behave when the chips were down, and I highly recommend them both for their skill and their commitment.

Our building foundation had settled so I contacted AFS. They sent Josh J who answered all my questions, gave me a quote and was in constant communication with me throughout the job. He provided exceptional service and went above and beyond by giving a video presentation to the HOA board members. If you’re looking for a Team that is experienced, knowledgeable, fast and professional then the installation work done by Tyler C, Abel P and German C should be your first call. Our building’s helical pier installation went smoothly and for the quoted price. Don’t waste time, call these guys!

I would highly recommend AFS for all of your foundation, crawlspace and basement needs/concerns. My wife and I had our crawlspace inspected after some concerns we noticed and needed a subject matter expert to answer our questions. Spencer Colson (Certified Field Inspector) showed up less than 48-hrs after scheduling. We were presented with a very professional and detailed assessment of our crawlspace (with pictures and yes, they were pictures of our actual crawlspace). He explained the step-by-step process that is utilized by AFS and even educated us on equipment he used to perform the inspection. We were glad during the process that he was not trying to sell us anything, but actually gave us a trustworthy assessment and recommended what needed to transpire from a preventative maintenance standpoint. We are very pleased with the results of his inspection and his above and beyond attitude to address all concerns.
