Allan Proctor from La Vergne came out this morning to do a free follow-up inspection of their encapsulation, air filtering, and water removal from by crawlspace. Very professional abd thorough in his review of its all being punctual. He did find a couple of small corrections that were needed and he repaired them on the spot. He found a possible foundation issue abd gave me all the options his company could provide to ensure it did not get worse. We went over all the inspection report after his evaluation and minor fixes and was emailed a copy of his report. Total professional and would recommend him and AFS for foundation and crawlspace funtionality.

I am always skeptical when getting quotes from businesses and I am always on the defensive. Today was a great experience. Aric was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He walked through the entire process and the options that were available. There was a lot to look at and inspect but he never appeared rushed. You can tell he takes great pride in his work and the company. I would absolutely recommend this company and Aric to anyone . Look forward to working with him on this project.

Rhett Stephens, Certified Field Inspector, from AFS visited a couple days ago. He was very thorough in his examination of my basement and crawl space, even carefully inspecting the outside of the home, grading, gutters and downspouts. He explained all of his findings and concerns EXTREMELY well. Yes, I capitalized extremely because I ask a lot of questions to ensure I fully understand. He handled all my questions with grace and patience. I had two other well known companies come out as well, there is no comparison to be made. He answered all of my questions, even follow up questions by text and gave a timely estimate for repairs. He’s very friendly, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable in his field. Definitely recommend!!!

They were punctual, polite, finished ahead of schedule and left the place just as clean as they found it. I am thoroughly satisfied with the company as a whole. From the sight survey and evaluation all the way through completion they went above and beyond. Always communicated with me and kept me informed of expectations, changes, and arrival times. AFS is an absolute pleasure to work with. It all started with the amazing inspector, Katie (highly recommend) who came to my cabin to give me a thorough and accurate quote with an extremely fair price compared to the competition (got quoted almost double for the same job from crawlspace ninja & a few other local companies and they spent only a few minutes in the crawlspace-absolutely terrible). Katie made sure I was taken care of and also assured me they would send there best crew to do the job. And man was she right!! The best crew I have ever worked with was led by Darian & his co-foreman Tanner. They arrived on time and with amazing attitudes while being extremely efficient and knowledgeable while they walked me through there plan of action and then perfectly executed said plan!! Could not be happier with how my crawlspace encapsulation turned out!10/10 would recommend Katie & Darian at AFS to do any and all crawlspace work you are looking for!I will definitely be using them for any of my foundation/crawlspace issues in the future.
