AFS did a wonderful job. My kitchen was sloping. Neil Collins came out and gave me an estimate a reasonable estimate and when the guys came out, Stephen Gill and Sean came out to fix the problem. They put steel beams and jacks under the house and Jack the house up. I Was very satisfied with the work they did. They walked me through every step explained to me what they were doing and was going to do cleaned everything up And left my house looking better than it did I was very happy with the results. I would recommend AFS to anyone that is having structural problems to call AFS thank you

Both crews did exceptional work, Nick Bohal and Josh Bomar called and said they could come by a day earlier than expected if that was ok, so we said sure. They worked well together and explained each step they were doing, which made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend the whole experience to anyone needing foundation repair. Kind of expensive but quality ain't cheap. Thanks, guys!

The crew that installed the support jacks was led by Taylor.They did an outstanding job. They were prompt, professional and created little noise or disturbance. The AFS tech Nick Esposito was also terrific. He did an outstanding job of servicing the humidifier and pump. The pump no longer makes any noise when it operates. I was also impressed with the company for contacting me to set up my annual inspection instead of me having to call first.

Jacob Wattenbarger came to the house and inspected our house for foundation issues. He called the house to let us know he was on the way…

Jacob Wattenbarger came to the house and inspected our house for foundation issues. He called the house to let us know he was on the way about 20 minutes before he arrived. We walked through the house and I pointed out all the issues in the house like cracks in the ceiling sheet rock and with storage closet doors that were sticking. Jacob checked all the areas I was concerned about with a laser level and did not identify any issues he would attribute to a foundation problem. Jacob also inspected the crawl space for any issues and he identified a floor joist problem that needed some repair but no foundation problems. Jacob was very pleasant and answered all the questions we had concerning issues with the house. I would give him a 5 Star rating.Dave Leckie.
