This is a great company to work with. We first met Ben who analyzed our situation and kindly sat down with us and discussed a plan that not only addressed the most serious foundational problems first but kept it affordable for us. A few weeks later David, Bobby and Jesus came by, even though it looked like rain, and not only got the job done quickly and efficiently but they did an awesome job of cleaning up and replacing concrete. David was really friendly and walked us through the whole process, too. We can’t recommend this company enough!

They followed up with me after they had finished to answer any questions I had. Jay was my salesman and he was also great. Explained everything so I could understand. The experience over all was great. Had a few small bumps in the road. A few things were left off of the work order and scheduling was kind of slow with the electrician. My salesman, Blake took care of it all and made it right. As for the installation crew, Cesar and his crew were amazing!!! Cesar was the one that noticed the mistake in the order and was trying to get it resolved prior to coming out, but he was having trouble getting in touch with the salesman Blake for some reason, he would not answer his phone call. Once he finally got Blake on the phone, which I had to call from my number, they worked it all out. Cesar and his crew took the time to be careful of all the plants in the flower beds. They dug up the rose bushes and replanted them when they were done. Also put down plywood to save the grass. Cesar kept apologizing for the mistake in the work order, I assured him that it wasn’t his fault. Blake did apologize but his communication could be better. He did resolve the error and I’m very grateful. But a special shout out to Cesar and his crew Miguel, Luciano, and Jerman!! They were great. When they cleaned everything up, it looked better than it did when they got there. Your install crew taking the time to acknowledge my frustration and being so kind really made the difference. Great job guys!!!

The crew that came out from AFS to install 6 pillars were fantastic. They are Josh B Bailey L Isaiah W Kuda They worked awesome as a team!!! The work was explained to me what they were going to do, how they were going to do it, and what materials they were using. Answered any and all questions. One of the points they made was they would dig down till they hit rock, well here in Mt. Juliet you don’t have to dig very far as a matter of fact footer sat on rock ( 5 of 6 did) These men had jackhammers to bust out rock a foot down them undermine the footer 6” in order to get pillars in. They worked for two days jackhammering to accomplish this task. They worked together not just one doing all the work, they were awesome!!! Hard to find good workers like that anymore!!! It would be nice if they had a hoe ram attachment for their mini-x Would have saved them time and their backs. Once again they Never Slacked!!! I would highly recommend this group to do any of your work you need done ! They respected our home , yard and dogs:)! They were very professional Thank you we appreciate it very much I would like to give 10 starts but not an option. Call em you won’t be sorry you did !!!

My experience with AFS was amazing. The men who did the work were professional, quick, friendly and most importantly they did an awesome job. My porch and my stairs have been lifted and cracks repaired. Their work far exceeded my expectations. The office staff was also easy to work with and very responsive. Their level of customer service was a very welcome surprise.
