We had 3 crews working on our house from March 23-March 27 2026. I have to say these were the nicest people to work with. Each crew and crew member was always willing to stop and answer our questions. They all did a wonderful job from start to finish. I would recommend AFS to anyone needing foundation repair. We had foundation repair with anchor placement, concrete repair, internal drain with encapsulation and sump pump installation with external drain. Each step of the process was explained to us before the work started. Thanks to: Adam Chapman and his crew for waterproofing our garage Foundation, installing anchors and closing up the cracks. Eric Garcia Christian Garcia Wilmer Fernandez Parris Houchins and Bug Boyd leveling our concrete slab in our garage. Next is Joe who was our initial contact. He spent the time to go over everything that needed to be done and stayed in contact with us before the work began. You all were very professional and courteous. Thank you all!

I worked with Wade Seller on a home project and was impressed from the start. Wade is a straight shooter who doesn’t try to upsell you on things you don’t need. We had moisture seeping through the concrete slab at our front steps. Wade provided a complimentary inspection, and after assessing the issue, he told me they could take on the project — but recommended I try fixing it myself first to save money. He explained exactly what to do and what materials to use. When I ran into issues, Wade made himself available and offered additional guidance on how to move forward. He reminded me that his team could still take on the project if I didn’t want the hassle, but it would definitely be more economical to do it myself. I sincerely appreciate Wade’s honesty, direction, and availability throughout the process. If you’re looking for someone who’s going to shoot it straight and genuinely try to help, I highly recommend Wade for any foundation work you may need.

AFS is the only foundation company I will use from now on. Austin came out on very short notice to look at a problem my home inspector missed! Within a couples hours I had a fully written plan to fix my rotten sub floor and joist. Stephen Gilland and Sean Bossaerta came out two weeks later to install new joists and fix my sub floor. Very professional guys, kept me updated along the way and made short work out of a very big problem. Cleaned up after themselves and explained everything they had done. As a new home owner this company is a life saver!

Landon and Brad came out and inspected my crawl space. I was concerned about my vapor barrier and rightfully so. They took pictures for me (far more detailed than my home inspector), and provided me with a solution and quote. I'll be honest, I don't know much about a lot of this, but they showed me videos of how everything worked and encouraged me to do my research. We even worked on a plan to get everything situated. I like that they understood I wanted something long term, and not just a band-aid fix. I also appreciate them being patient with me while I crunched numbers on my laptop. Overall, the two of them were very kind, professional, and informative. Thank you!
