Travis S. was very thorough and professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He gave us tips on what we can do as homeowners to monitor and maintain our crawl space. He addressed our concerns and thoroughly inspected our encapsulated crawl space along with the exterior of our home. We were very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. AFS should employ more people like Travis. We felt he went above and beyond what his job requires of him.

Wade Siler was our certified field inspector and was on time, kind, courteous, very knowledgeable about his field and explained everything to us thoroughly. Our installation team were Brennan and Taylor and they both were on time, kind and courteous and checked in/updated us throughout the whole installation. We would recommend using AFS!

AFS just finished the job at our house that included helical wall anchors, intellibraces, and aquastop drains in our basement and crawlspace. We are very pleased with the quality of the work, the quick time turn around, and the professionalism and curtesy of the crews. Brandan M. was excellent at keeping us informed and updated during the whole process, and I can't applaud Evan, Aldo, Jorge, and Don enough for leaving our basement so sparkling clean and in better shape than before upon completion of the project!

Keith and Bryson came out and done the inspection and told me what needed to be done and explained everything. Jackson and Mikey done the work. Ed Duffey came to our home to inspect the concrete work we had done on our driveway almost a year ago. Ed was extremely professional and courteous. AFS really stands behind their work and ensures the customer is happy with the results. The driveway was installed 80 years ago. The driveway is much safer now that we have had it repaired. The repairs should last another 80 years or more!

Tyler Whitt was the service technician with AFS that inspected and performed maintenance needed in 3 sump pump areas of the basement and crawl space. He was extremely professional and an excellent communicator. He took his time to make sure everything was working properly.
