Using technologically advanced equipment, Andrew Walker thoroughly measured and inspected Interior Floors, Walls, Garage, Driveway, Walkways, Patio, Front Porch and Stoop for Signs Of Settlement, providing clear feedback on his findings throughout the inspection process. Andrew performed very professionally, establishing accurate dimensions to compare against a previous Inspection by Talon, and the excellent Foam Injection lifting and leveling work performed in 2023 by Josh and Jeremy. Hats off to Blake, Arnold, Yoni and team leader Ricardo for doing an awesome job installing our perimeter drain system, sub pumps, and wall moisture barrier. They were knowledgeable, talented, and professional. They showed up on time every day and kept us in the communication loop. Looking forward to having a dry basement in the 50 year old house that we bought last summer. Our sales consultant, Rob L., was also a wealth of information and helped us find an affordable solution to our water issue. We definitely would recommend AFS to others!

My husband and I had some considerable work to be done on the slab foundation for our house. Charles introduced himself to us and was very professional, competent and engaging. Charles, Nathan and Nolan worked very hard to mitigate our issue. Individually,they are great workers, but as a team they are amazing.
